One Line Studio’s award-winning workspace is a testament to thoughtful biophilic and human-centered design, seamlessly blending form and function to create an inspiring environment. Situated on a once-overlooked site in Greenwood Village, the project transformed a vibrant studio surrounded by native Colorado landscaping and integrated with sustainable design features like a bioswale to manage site runoff.

 

Grandview Glass played a pivotal role in overcoming the unique challenges of this project, which required extensive coordination and the use of materials from around the globe. The team proudly incorporated a frameless glass wall using unconventional glazing techniques, resulting in a breathtaking design that enhances the studio’s connection to nature. Meticulous planning and flawless execution ensured the glazing integrated perfectly with the Dowel Laminated Timber (DLT) structure, maintaining unobstructed views and enhancing the workspace’s functionality.
