Josh K - Owner

After more than 20 years in the field as an installer and foreman, Josh Kreul quickly rose through the office ranks to become Operations Manager. In 2018, he seized the opportunity to purchase Grand View Glass, setting his sights on building one of the best glazing teams in the industry. Over the past five years, Josh has led the team in improving processes, developing efficient standard operating procedures, and continuously raising the bar, all while upholding the company motto: “Be Kind, Work Hard, Communicate Early & Often.”

At Grand View Glass, Josh fosters a culture that prioritizes relationships and values people above all else. It’s not just about getting the work done—it’s about creating an environment where every team member feels appreciated and supported.

Marian K - Owner

While Marian’s formal involvement with Grand View Glass is more recent, her connection to the glass industry runs deep. From Josh’s days in the field to the founding of the company, Marian has been by his side for every discussion and decision, big or small. Now as part Owner, she thrives on collaborating with Josh and the talented Grand View Glass team, constantly seeking ways to learn and improve processes to drive efficiency.

Marian skillfully balances her time between Grand View Glass and her children’s school, where she works and volunteers in various roles. Outside of work, she treasures time with her family, whether traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or staying busy with their kids’ activities. Marian’s dedication to growth and teamwork reflects her passion for both her family and the success of Grand View Glass.

Arte A - Director of Operations

Arte serves as our Director of Operations, bringing over 35 years of experience in the glazing industry. He has a strong history of effectively managing teams both on-site and in manufacturing, ensuring alignment with schedules and delivering high-quality products to all customers. Arte is committed to fostering a motivated team dynamic at Grand View and with our customers, achieved through consistent communication and coordination. His collaborative approach with multiple contractors guarantees that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Greg S - Shop Manager

Greg brings over 20 years of experience in field, management, and warehouse fabrication to our team. His detail-oriented, goal-driven, and quality-centered approach ensures that he consistently delivers high-quality products safely and efficiently. Outside of work, Greg cherishes spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors with his wife and three children throughout all four seasons.

Chris M - Lead Sales

Meet our Lead Estimator, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Starting as a driver in 2007, he completed a 3-year apprenticeship and has since excelled in various roles, including fabricator, installer, and project manager. His expertise in LogiKal programming and production management has paved the way for his current position at Grand View Glass, where he leads estimating and business development efforts. Additionally, he has dedicated a decade to training the next generation of apprentices and holds multiple certifications, including AGMT and NCCCO.

Antonio B - Sales

Antonio began his career in the glazing industry in 2013, starting as a driver before completing the apprenticeship program in 2017. With five years of field and fabrication experience, he has worked on curtain walls, storefronts, and specialized glazing profiles. His background also includes warehouse management and project engineering, where he mastered tools like Logikal.

Since joining Grand View Glass in October 2023, Antonio has brought a hands-on approach and a passion for tackling challenges. His dedication to the team and commitment to excellence make him a key contributor to the company’s growth.

Outside of work, Antonio applies his leadership skills as a coach, with over seven years of experience coaching middle and high school football. He is always ready to go the extra mile for the team.

Aaron A - Service Manager

​With 20+ years in glazing across production, field installation, and project management, Aaron brings deep, hands-on expertise to GVG’s Service team. He recently transitioned from the field to the office, where he oversees service scheduling, coordinates with technicians and clients, and ensures clean, high-quality outcomes on every call. Known for straightforward communication and follow-through, Aaron takes pride in supporting customers quickly and keeping work safe, efficient, and to spec. Outside of work, he enjoys architecture, the arts, music, golf, and time with his family—and two pups, Zeppelin and Blaze.

Dustin P - Lead Project Manager / Sales

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial glazing industry, Dustin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Lead Project Manager. Having worked as a Field Installer, Drafter, and Project Manager, he offers a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of glazing projects, from planning to execution.

Dustin’s current focus is on improving communication between project teams, ensuring that every detail is aligned to save time and enhance efficiency. His ability to anticipate challenges and streamline workflows makes him an invaluable asset to Grand View Glass.

Committed to delivering high-quality results, Dustin takes pride in leading projects with precision, dedication, and a strong team-oriented approach.

Nick K - Project Manager / lead service manager

Nick has been in the glazing industry 11 years, with the past 5 years being devoted to management work at Grand View Glass – both Service and Contract work. Now focusing on Project Management primarily, Nick’s experience as an installer in the field and Service Manager in the office serve him well while managing contract work. No detail is too small – it’s the little things, after all! Nick has tackled some of Grand View’s technical projects, from glass guardrails to display cases that seem to defy physics, all with precision and performing in a timely manner. Listening to and understanding clients’ expectations and needs are integral in his processes, he believes that communication is key when managing work, big or small.

Jess St. P - Project Manager / Trainer

Jess began his career as a welder and fabricator, which ultimately paved the way for a thriving journey in the glazing industry. In 2008, Jess started fabricating stainless steel handrails with glass inserts on the island of Puerto Rico, working for the premier handrail and glazing company for six years. Upon returning to the United States in 2014, Jess continued honing their expertise in glazing, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, including interior tenant finishes, high-rise envelopes, the DIA concourse expansions, hotels, convention centers, and government projects.

In 2018, Jess transitioned to shop work, where he delved into the intricacies of aluminum door hardware installation and door fabrication. By 2022, Jess' skills and dedication earned them the role of Project Manager at Grand View Glass. Since then, he has further advanced his career by taking on the responsibility of training new Project Managers as the team continues to grow.

Joshua R - Project Manager

Josh has nine years of experience in the glazing industry and is skilled in field work, served as the foreman for Denver's One River North project. He specializes in project management, quality assurance, and ensuring timely project completion. His dedication to client satisfaction makes him an essential asset to the team. In his leisure time, Josh loves hiking in the stunning Colorado mountains.

Brenda L - Project Manager

Brenda is a dedicated and highly skilled project manager with extensive experience in the glazing industry. At Grand View Glass, she expertly manages glass and glazing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Her expertise in value engineering, construction logistics, and tools like Logikal and Bluebeam make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Brenda fosters strong relationships with clients and contractors alike. She takes pride in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring each project exceeds expectations. Her passion for excellence and commitment to client satisfaction make her a trusted leader on every project.

Brandon H - Project Manager

With 10 years in the field as a union glazier and foreman, Brandon brings hands-on jobsite experience to project management. He’s led installations across storefront and curtain wall systems, coordinates closely with foremen and fabrication, and keeps schedules and submittals moving using tools like Bluebeam and LogiKal. Known for clear communication and practical problem-solving, Brandon focuses on aligning drawings, procurement, and site conditions so crews can work safely and efficiently. 

Chance F - Scheduling Manager

Chance has been a dedicated professional in the glazing industry for 16 years He thrives on the new challenges that come with the diverse projects at GVG, always eager to tackle what’s next. With a strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service, Chance ensures that every client receives the best experience possible. His passion for the work we do drives him to excel in every aspect of his role.
