This project combined performance glazing with architectural impact, featuring a range of systems including traditional storefront, custom sunshades, and premium operable walls.

A key highlight of this job was the installation of a NanaWall system, delivering a seamless indoor-outdoor transition with exceptional thermal performance. These operable glass walls required precise layout and coordination to ensure smooth operation and clean sightlines. The integration of Kawneer IsoPour™ thermal doors added another layer of performance, combining energy efficiency with durability for high-traffic entries.

Our scope also included carefully placed all-glass doors and exterior sunshade systems, which were both aesthetic and functional—reducing solar heat gain while contributing to the building’s modern design.

Englewood Station is a standout example of combining multiple systems into a cohesive, high-performance building envelope.
