BMR 2100 highlights Grand View Glass’s ability to bring design, engineering, and craftsmanship together into one seamless result. The project features Kawneer’s 1600UT exterior curtain wall system paired with custom-colored CRL balanced doors, creating a smooth and inviting entry experience that leads into a custom-designed vestibule opening to a striking bar and café space.

A major highlight of this project was the drafting and coordination effort behind the scenes. GVG worked hand in hand with the architect, owner, and project team, alongside Mine Drafting, using advanced 3D shop drawing methods to model the project in detail and capture every element before field installation began. That level of planning allowed the team to approach the project with confidence, accuracy, and a clear vision of the finished product.

The final result is a project that reflects both technical skill and craftsmanship. BMR 2100 demonstrates that glazing is not simply a construction trade, but a discipline that requires creativity, precision, and strong collaboration to deliver something truly exceptional.
